Wales to assess Aaron Ramsey ahead of Slovakia qualifier

Wales will check on the fitness of Aaron Ramsey as soon as the Juventus midfielder joins up with Ryan Giggs squad ahead of their Euro 2020 qualifier from Slovakia.
Juventus manager Maurizio Sarri said replacement Ramsey was pulled from warming up throughout half-time of Sundays 2-1 Serie A win in Inter Milan.
Sarri said Ramsey felta twinge and was not risked in the next half – and Wales will test about the 28-year-old if he arrives at camp on Monday afternoon.
Bournemouth forwards Harry Wilson and manchester United winger Daniel James missed Wales first training session since they were involved Premier League action following reporting a leg, while the session sat out.
But despite his team manager Zinedine Zidane stating hed picked up a dip at Saturdays 4-2 La Liga win against Granada.
Wales play Slovakia in Group E of Euro 2020 qualifying on Thursday in Trnava, live on Sky Sports.
