Jose Mourinho says experience will help Frank Lampard succeed at Chelsea

Frank Lampard has”all the conditions” to succeed as Chelsea head coach, in accordance with former Blues boss Jose Mourinho.
Lampard took over after one year as a head trainer from Maurizio Sarri in July with Derby in the Sky Bet Championship.
Mourinho handled Lampard at Stamford Bridge across two spells, allowing the midfielder.
“One thing is the participant, another thing is that the manager,” Mourinho said. “The player, I do not believe any Chelsea fan will disagree with me if I state is one of the top five most significant players of Chelsea background, and likely some will say maybe not high five, possibly leading three.
“Another matter is his managerial career, one year of experience in Derby where he showed great qualities and today he’s Chelsea in his hands.
“He plays for big things. He plays Champions League, he played with a European Super Cup, he had big matches in his handsand he must grow up with the amount of experiences, which I believe he can because he has huge experience”
“I cannot separate from the fact that soccer was consistently in his life. He had been born son of a participant, he grew up [nephew] of a football manager, he became a participant, he eventually became a top player… I believe he has all of the requirements to succeed.”
Lampard has endured a testing beginning to Stamford Bridge upon his return, with Chelsea winning only one of the four Premier League fixtures, and losing the UEFA Super Cup final to Liverpool.
