Goodwood faces Sunday precautionary inspection

Sundays meeting at Goodwood will be subject to a precautionary examination at 8am.
The Flat card is currently under danger, although the Sussex place is supposed to point the only British meeting of the afternoon.
Ground conditions are called heavy following 15 millimetres of rain and additional rain is predicted.
Goodwood Racecourse tweeted:Due to the forecast rain today and tomorrow, the clerk of this class has called a precautionary inspection for 8am tomorrow.
Well update you as soon as a decision has been made whether racing will proceed or have to be abandoned
