Wide receiver Antonio Brown has been introduced by the Oakland Raiders two days before the group’s NFL season opener.
Brown was fined on Friday following a confrontation with all general manager Mike Mayock but was expected to handle the Denver Broncos.
The news came only hours after Brown posted a message on Instagram that ended:”Release me @raiders.”
Brown became among the NFL receivers that were wide when Oakland was joined by him from Pittsburgh.
He arrived from the Steelers on a three-year price worth more than $50m (#41m) each season.
However, Brown has not got any cash from the Raiders up to now.
The death of Brown was confirmed by the team on their site in a statement.
Brown isn’t subject to waivers and may signal for any group as a free agent.
“We are centered on the long run and I will quickly work on signing up to a new team,” Brown’s agent Drew Rosenhaus told NFL.com.
“Antonio is looking forward to a new beginning.”
Brown’s release comes in the end of dramatic time for the player.
He has missed time because of accidents to his toes caused by entering a cryotherapy room.
A length of the off-season then sat out in a dispute with the NFL on his helmet.
The altercation between Brown and Mayock led morning, producing an apology at a group meeting on Friday, also finished having to be physically separated, based on reports.
