Romelu Lukaku says stronger anti-racism action is needed in the UK

Inter and belgium Milan ahead Romelu Lukaku says he thinks Serie A is currently taking action on racism – and that he wants the FA to follow suit.
The former Manchester United striker was exposed to monkey chants from the crowd before this season.
He responded with an Instagram post, in which he called for action – adding ‘instead of moving forwards, we’re going backward’.
Premier League players also have endured abuse this year, with players such as Marcus Rashford and Tammy Abraham after failing to convert penalties targeted online.
And speaking over Scotland on Monday after a goalscoring performance in a win for Belgium, Lukaku revealed his call from the ruling bodies of football for activity.
“What I stated was brief but strong, everybody knew,” explained Lukaku. “Now I believe Serie A is shooting action, I am trusting UEFA and FIFA is going to be next, and additionally the FA because a lot of my pals, they play in the Premier League.
“They’ve been moving through it also on social networking. It’s something which should occur too in the UK, but for me personally right now I just want to concentrate on my performances”
