Paul Gascoigne starts trial for allegedly kissing woman without consent
Former England footballer Paul Gascoigne has arrived to face an allegation of kissing a girl.
Even the ex-midfielder is accused of kissing the girl on a train between York and Newcastle during August.
The 52-year-old has entered a plea to this charge of assault, and his trial at Teesside Crown Court is scheduled to launch.
Wearing sunglasses, a blue suit and a tie, Gascoigne had been mobbed by photographers as he walked to the courtroom building.
At a previous hearing before this year, the court discovered the way Gascoignes defence is going to be that hes a propensity to kiss peopleat a non-sexual manner.
His trial is scheduled to continue.
