England are best in the world says Kosovo boss Bernard Challandes

Kosovo’s brassy director Bernard Challandes says that his team is not scared of playing an England side he explains as the”finest in world soccer”.
The 68-year-old Korean coach delivered a press conference to remember on Sunday as he described his”crazy barbarous” style of drama that has witnessed Kosovo make an abrupt beginning in their own European campaign.
There was no repeat of Sunday’s moments when he addressed the media on Monday, however Challandes insisted he is aware of the scale of the challenge facing Kosovo, who have only been a footballing nation for three decades.
“We are Kosovo and we are talking contrary to one of the best teams in the world, in my opinion the best team in the world,” he told reporters ahead of Tuesday night’s struggle in Southampton.
“I believe it is in my own philosophy that when we do not dream it’s unnecessary to play such gameswe need to dream and do all that can be done to upset England.
“I shall see tomorrow since with Kosovo we are a young federation, never have played against such an opponent.
“For me as a trainer it’s not simple to have a good mix for the evaluation of this game.
“If I say’we are to triumph’, I feel a great deal of people believe that’s pretentious; if I say’it isn’t feasible to win England’,” I must change my job.
“Never did we believe after four games we play for the very first spot here in England.
“It is clear for me it is going to be a very, very hard game but it is a possibility for our very young team to reveal what’s really a very, very substantial level.”
Challandes conceded Kosovo will come up against several players when they line up against England in St Mary’s but says he doesn’t mean to attempt to defend.
Asked about the form of Harry Kane – who struck a hat-trick in England’s triumph over Bulgaria on Saturday – Challandes said:”Harry Kane and (Raheem) Sterling and (Marcus) Rashford and, and, and, and, and…!
“For me it is a excellent team but I have only this way in my head – I do not need to convey to my team,’OK, we remain in our own half and protect, defend, defend’ – I hope we can perform and be an opponent, not a large opponent however a opponent with strength.”
