Harry Kane watched a hat-trick as England thrashed Bulgaria 4-0 in their own European Qualifier, but who caught the eye?
Jordan Pickford – 7

England player with Bulgaria defenders, in the first half unable to keep him up. Showed great anticipation to permeate Plamen Iliev’s loose pass and tee Harry Kane’s opener , and was in the perfect place at the time after was returned by his team-mate following the break.
Marcus Rashford – 7
Quiet in the first half compared to Sterling, but enjoyed more of the ball demonstrating outstanding pace to win the punishment for the next goal of England and producing some fine passes. Moved following Kane’s withdrawal to the centre however had couple of openings.
Harry Kane – 9
England’s hat-trick hero. Normally alert to open the scoring out of Sterling’s cut-back and completed his . Played a role in Sterling’s purpose, intercepting a Bulgaria pass before charging ahead and providing the help.
Mason Mount – 6
His sole real meaningful shot on target flew wide and high, although showed lots of endeavour on his debut, buzzing round the Bulgaria half.

Showed flashes of his skill but didn’t have a massive quantity of time to produce an impact. Wasted one counter-attacking opportunity with a moment of control.
