England 4-0 Bulgaria player ratings: Harry Kane is the hat-trick hero

Harry Kane watched a hat-trick as England thrashed Bulgaria 4-0 within their European Qualifier, but who caught the eye?
Jordan Pickford – 7
A quiet day for the Everton man, but he’d make one vital save soon after the breakup, repelling a Marcelinho chance to prevent a Bulgaria equaliser. He landed Harry Maguire in trouble with one loose pass after in the half, but responded with tipping the over the bar.
Kieran Trippier – 7
Caught out of position on a few occasions in the first half although his first overlapping runs were a source of danger for the men of Southgate – as shown by the fact he had touches of the ball than anyone else in the pitch.
Michael Keane – 7
Preferred to Tyrone along with Joe Gomez Mings alongside Maguire in the heart of England’s defence. Booked in the first half, but functioned.
Harry Maguire – 7
Another solid performance from a participant who has come to be a true mainstay of Southgate’s defence. He commanded the backline nicely and utilized the ball also, completing 88 including 65 in the Bulgaria half – of his own 91 passes.
Danny Rose – 7
Much like Trippier, his former Tottenham team-mate, he induced Bulgaria difficulties at the back and got forward. His sole shot on goal flew high and wide, although showed lots of effort buzzing around the Bulgaria half.

Showed flashes of his own ability but didn’t have a large quantity of time to generate an impact. Wasted one opportunity that was counter-attacking with a minute of control.
Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain – 6
A second for your Liverpool man as he made his first England appearance since March 2018, however time to produce an impression.
