Stanley Cup Final Series Props

When it has to do with the Stanley Cup Final, there is no lack of betting opportunities available. For the 2019 edition of this struggle for Lord Stanley’s holy grail, the Boston Bruins and St. Louis Blues are set for what’s shaping up to be yet another exciting championship.
BetOnline has released a litany of wagering opportunities for the Cup Final, with odds on correct score, total games played in the series and where the series will finish, combined with 15 player prop specials.
Here are a few of my favorite props:
OVER 5.5 Points for Ryan O’Reilly (-115)
Despite sitting second in team scoring behind Jaden Schwartz, Blues centre Ryan O’Reilly is being undervalued in this show in my opinion. O’Reilly, who has three goals and 11 assists from the 2019 playoffs, has been the steadiest offensive contributor for St. Louis all year long.
Bruins goaltender Tuukka Rask has been excellent at the postseason but I believe O’Reilly can go OVER his 5.5-point projection. If you are interested, he is +4000 to win the Conn Smythe Trophy as NHL playoffs MVP.
Series to Move Six Games (+190)
Since 2010, six of those nine Stanley Cup Finals have gone to six games. While I understand past stats and tendencies can be immaterial, both the Blues and Bruins are incredibly evenly matched and I will see this one about six matches.
St. Louis has played plenty of games in the postseason, since the Blues-Winnipeg Jets first-round series went to six matches. The Blues went the distance in a Game 7 showdown with the Dallas Stars in the next round before dispatching the San Jose Sharks in six at the Western Conference final.
The Bruins are coming off a sweep of the Carolina Hurricanes, yet they moved the space from the Toronto Maple Leafs in the opening round and needed six games to ship the Columbus Blue Jackets packing from the Eastern Conference semifinal.
I believe another very long series is in store, therefore the +190 juice looks attractive in a winner being crowned in Game 6.
